1. To get a better share of the Power semiconductor and semiconductor market

Moet Fukada reasoned that TSMC decided to give favorable treatment to Toyota instead of to Tesla. After TSMC Kumamoto Project and Denso-UMC cooperation reached an agreement, TSMC approached Toyota considering Toyota’s world share, way much larger than Tesla.

TSMC is the world’s largest semiconductor producer and Denso is, Power semiconductor producer.

Seeing this, Tesla decided to get Twitter since Saudi Arabia and Xi Jinping support Twitter Inc. so that Elon Musk could be financed for his huge debt to pay back. However, TSMC and Zhejiang Conglomerate decided to take the side of Toyota, Tesla was to be backed up by anti-Xi Jinping groups in China.

The present situation is, that anti-Xi Jinping groups support Tesla while Xi Jinping and TSMC back up Toyota.

In short, Elon Musk decided to acquire Twitter with the money of anti-Xi Jinping groups to get a better share of the power semiconductor market.

2. Trump encouraged Elon Musk to acquire Twitter Inc. Trump said he would not go back to Twitter if Elon Musk acquired it, while the latter did not say anything about Trump being allowed to use his Twitter. This is because people who support democrats may leave Elon Musk’s Twitter.

Anyway, this Elon Musk story may show the two lines which divide the high-tech market.
The following is just a crazy idea of Yoichi.

Biden – TSMC – Toyota – Xi Jinping – DS

Trump – Samson – Elon Musk – anti-Xi Jinping – Russia

Before Elon Musk decided to acquire Twitter, Trump recommended him to buy Twitter
Since news of the takeover was announced, Musk has given no indication as to whether he will allow Trump back onto the platform. Trump supporters have been energized by the prospect of Musk taking control of Twitter and overhauling its content moderation policy.
